At BlizzCon last weekend, attendees were able to learn about the latest developments regarding World of Warcraft, Hearthstone, Heroes of the Storm, and Overwatch. Others came just to participate in the cosplay competition, while some simply dressed up a bit for the convention.
Those who looked around a bit might have encountered one or another undead face – one of them was none other than actress Jamie Lee Curtis, who later shared her visit to BlizzCon with the public on Twitter.
Such visits from celebrities show that gaming has now reached the heart of society. While actors often publicly expressed disdain for video games a few years ago, they now openly admit to having taken a liking to this medium. That they do not want to be recognized directly at conventions is more than understandable, isn’t it?
