In ARK: Survival Evolved, new content has been patched into the PC version of the game. The highlights are giant beavers and handcuffs.
A big beaver, but at least it doesn’t sing

At more or less regular intervals, ARK: Survival Evolved brings new content for the PC version of the game, which is then brought to the Xbox One with some delay. The latest patch added a new creature to the island, the so-called “Castoroides.” Since hardly anyone can remember this name, we simply call it “giant beaver” and hit the nail (or the rodent?) on the head.
Like many other creatures, you can ride the beaver and gather wood particularly quickly with it, although it cannot carry heavy loads. However, it is said to be useful for crafting quickly “on the go.” In the wild, beavers like to build dams, although it usually doesn’t take long before other creatures destroy them. However, beavers also make quite annoying noises – a scoundrel thinks of other beavers while doing so.
Anyone who enjoys restraining other players or has a particular fondness for a certain type of “role-playing” will take great pleasure in handcuffs. It is now possible to put a player’s hands in irons to hinder them from further actions – may the time of self-proclaimed policemen begin!
