Is there crossplay and cross-progression or cross-save in ARC Raiders? Yes and yes. Both are possible in ARC Raiders. Basically, the game is available on Steam, Epic Games Store, PS5, and Xbox Series X|S. However, there are some restrictions on crossplay settings, and only certain combinations are possible.
However, the situation is different for cross-progression or cross-save. You can play ARC Raiders seamlessly across multiple platforms with the same account. All you need to do is link your accounts for each platform, i.e., PSN, Xbox Live, or Steam, with your Embark account.
Once you have done that, you can use all your progress, skins, equipment, and more seamlessly on all platforms where you own the game. This also means that you need to purchase it for each platform where you want to play.

How crossplay works in ARC Raiders
What happens when crossplay is active? Crossplay is enabled by default in ARC Raiders. This means that as long as you do not change anything in the settings, you will play together with all players on PC and consoles alike. The advantage is that your friends can play on any platform, and you don’t have to use the same one.
What if you disable it? If you disable the setting, you will only play with people on your own platform. This only applies to the same console family – there is no pure “console crossplay mode.” When crossplay is disabled, PC players will play with others on PC, and PS5 players will play with others on PS5. For example, PS5 and Xbox combinations are not possible.
What advantage is there to disabling crossplay? Many console players are reluctant to play with PC players because aiming with a mouse is usually much more precise, and console players often have an aim assist that compensates for this handicap.
To have a fairer game, many games therefore prefer to disable crossplay. However, this can result in longer wait times if there are too many or too few players on your own platform.
