When starting Aniimo, players can receive a special monster shortly after creating the character. However, you may only select one from a larger pool.
What kind of monsters are those? Aniimo launched the campaign “Choose your rare Prismana-Aniimo”. These are special monsters that have exactly the same base attributes as the normal variant.
The special thing about them is that they change or add their element. A Prismana-Aniimo usually gets a second element. This allows it to be very effective against even more types. However, this also means that it has more weaknesses.
Moreover, the Prismana forms unlock alternative skill variants, allowing you to assemble a special team.
Which special Prismana-Aniimo should you choose?
Which one should I take? From the 14 Aniimos, there are three special Prismana variants that you should definitely choose from.
- Grizbo is normally a Rock type but gains Dark as a Prismana variant. It is the safest choice of all Aniimos and a true all-rounder. With its double element, it effectively covers 5 opposing types and is an excellent DPS carry due to its rage mechanics.
- Zauberi is a Dark type in its standard variant but gains Ice as a Prismana form. It effectively hits 5 elements and is probably the strongest ranged DPS Aniimo.
- Gletschar is actually a Water/Ice type but changes to Water/Holy in the Prismana form. It possesses some of the strongest healing abilities and can even buff the damage of the entire team.
If you don’t want to think in battle, Grizbo is the best choice for you. If you prefer to go for ranged combat and deal significant damage, Zauberi is a good choice. If you’re more into support, Gletschar is the best choice.
How do I get it? You need to play the main story until you unlock the menu and the event overview. After that, you must reach the rank “Wanderer I”.
Subsequently, you can navigate to the “Prismana Pact” tab in the event menu. There you will see all available Aniimos and their special forms. Then select your desired Aniimo and you will receive a Prismana egg that hatches after 8 hours of incubation.
Important to know: You can still obtain the other Prismana-Aniimos during the game. It’s just about which Aniimo gives you the best start.
