Some people may be dissatisfied with their choices in Aniimo. But is there a way to start over? MeinMMO has all the information for you.

Can you delete your character? The short answer is: No. If you want to restart, you have to do it in some cumbersome, alternative ways.
What options are there to restart? If you still want to start over, you have the following options to choose from:
- Register a new account that is not linked to your previous one
- Select a different server
- Ask support for a reset
- For this, go to the character with the headset in the main menu or use this link
Additionally, you also have the option to adjust your character afterwards if you are only dissatisfied with your appearance or your name.
Adjusting Character Afterwards
What if I just don’t like my character but want to keep the progress? You can adjust your character at any time in the game. To do this, follow these steps:
- Menu in the game → Appearance → Design
Select what you want to adjust: your general appearance or hairstyle. You can adjust everything as if you were back in the character editor. Unfortunately, clothing adjustments are not yet enabled.
Can I also change the gender? No. You cannot adjust the gender of your character afterwards. You should be absolutely sure at the start; otherwise, you have to take one of the aforementioned paths.
Does it cost anything? If you just want to change makeup or eye color, it costs nothing. All major adjustments such as sizes, shapes, and colors will cost you either a “Hair Salon Card” or “Reshape Card”.
You can find these in the shop under the “Item” section. There you can buy the cards for 300 glitter each, which you can easily earn through various methods without needing real money:
Tip: You get a ticket gifted by the game when you complete the tutorial. This way you can take your time to see if you like your character and adjust it for free if not.
How can I change my name? For this, you need a “Name Change Card”. You can also get it for 300 glitter in the shop. Then use it from your inventory or go through your profile and change the name there.
At the beginning, Aniimo also presents you with another consequential choice, which is as final as your gender choice. During the tutorial, you have a choice between Lunara and Kühno (Helion).
