In Aniimo, you must choose between two monsters at the beginning to take into your team. We will tell you which starter is the right one for you.
Which monsters are available? Just a few minutes after starting the game, you must decide whether to take Helion or Lunara into your team. Helion is a Sun Lion, while Lunara is a Moon Fox.
Depending on which of the two monsters you choose, you will take it directly into your team and can begin your adventure with it. Once you have made your decision, you cannot undo this choice.
After that, you will not be able to obtain the other Aniimo during the game. At least not currently. Therefore, you should carefully consider which of the two monsters you take – after all, you can slip into the skin of your monsters in Aniimo. But which one is right for you?
Choosing between Lunara and Helion depends on your play style
Which one should I take? Unlike other games like Pokémon, both starters are of the Light type. So you cannot determine your choice based on the type of Aniimo you choose. In addition, both monsters have the same stats for attributes like HP or magic defense.
However, the two monsters differ in their play styles. Helion is an aggressive melee fighter in terms of its attack repertoire. It can group enemies together in one spot with its ability “Holy Storm” and then rain down massive area damage on them.
Lunara, on the other hand, relies entirely on distance and evasion. It requires a bit more preparation for maximum damage but has the significant advantage of being able to heal itself with the ability “Lunar Power”.
Depending on which play style you prefer, you should choose your monster:
- If you prefer an offensive play style and want to play a melee fighter, take Helion.
- If you play more passively and want to attack from a distance, you should choose Lunara.
The monsters in Aniimo are truly the stars. You can embody them and control them directly to attack and start fights.
