There is no expiration date for the codes. It is unclear how long you have to redeem the items.
How to redeem your codes in Aniimo
How do I redeem the codes in Aniimo? You can redeem all codes in Aniimo as soon as you complete character creation and gain access to the main menu. However, you still need to play a bit more to unlock the in-game mailbox to access the redeemed items.
Play through the tutorial until you receive the mission “Chasing the Clouds”. Once you complete the task in Blossom City, you may fish your letters from the mail.
The redemption of the codes in detail:
- Click on the gear icon in the right sidebar of the game menu
- Select “Account” from the settings on the left
- There you will find the option to redeem a gift code
- Enter your codes there and confirm by clicking “Redeem”
- Return to the menu and open your mailbox via the letter icon
