This week there was some positive but also negative news in the MMORPGs. A new MMORPG has been released and one has died with Mu Origin. Also, there was a preview of an upcoming PvP feature for New World and generally new hope at Blizzard. We at MeinMMO summarize the most important news for you.
The highlights of the week:
- Draconia has launched a new game where you can control a dragon.
- Mu Origin is nearly 5 years old and will be completely shut down in March.
- The developers of New World have announced a particularly important feature for PvP.
The controversy of the week: Microsoft has bought Activision Blizzard. This led to many discussions, including the question of whether WoW will now get a console version, which is not yet confirmed.

New information on GW2 End of Dragons and a warning for Lost Ark
This is what happened with the major MMORPGs:
- Alongside the console version, there is also speculation about the new expansion for WoW. Additionally, Blizzard CEO Mike Ybarra revealed how he wants to win back the trust of fans.
