With Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, a sequel set in the Vietnam War was released in 2026. While the tactical gameplay remains the same, the change of setting significantly influences the gameplay – and not just because of the modern weapons and gadgets. The shooter is asymmetrical. While US forces, for example, have helicopters to distribute troops and supply deliveries across the map, the Vietnamese troops have the ability to create a tunnel system throughout the map, allowing them to quickly travel between strategically important points.
Both in Hell Let Loose and Hell Let Loose: Vietnam, you fight for dominance over the map and various control points. Therefore, there are no “King of the Hill” matches like in Wardogs.
