The final fight against Ketheric Thorm, the final boss of the second act, is already challenging enough, as you have to face not only the paladin himself but also crawling brains, necromites, and a mind flayer. And when you think you are done, you must defeat the avatar of Myrkul in a second phase.
Melee fighters are particularly at risk in this battle, as characters on the platform around Myrkul will be afflicted by “Bone Chill” and cannot be healed. However, the situation is not much better for ranged fighters, as they can be caught by his “Gaze of the Dead,” which not only deals damage but also terrifies the target. A battle that has the player pretty much under its control and can be quite difficult.
