Code Vein
What kind of game is this? Code Vein is an action RPG in anime style developed by Bandai Namco. Code Vein will have an online mode that you can play together with friends.
Players can expect a deep story in a large, dark world. You play as a survivor in a post-apocalyptic world. We were able to play it. If you want a side trip to Dark Souls, you should check out Code Vein.

Doom Eternal
What kind of game is this? Doom Eternal is the sequel to the Doom reboot from 2016. This time you are on Earth, where demons are causing a lot of trouble that you need to stop. Heavy weapons like a shoulder-mounted flamethrower are part of the game. In this gameplay of Doom, you can see what you can do as a demon.
DOOM Eternal will receive a multiplayer mode called “Battlemode”. It will be a competitive mode.

Monster Hunter World: Iceborne
What kind of game is this? Monster Hunter: World is an action RPG where you play as a monster hunter. In a group of up to 4 players, you hunt giant beasts and attempt to defeat them in tactical battles. The release of the expansion “Iceborne” is next.
What can be played at gamescom? The expansion is set to be released on consoles in September, PC gamers will have to wait for Iceborne in 2020. During gamescom, you can already check out some content from the Iceborne expansion.

FIFA 20
What kind of game is this? FIFA 20 is the latest installment of the renowned football simulation and sends you into direct duels with other players. Play in friendly matches or large tournaments like the Champions League against each other. You can compete with custom teams or pre-made teams.
What can be played at gamescom? The release of FIFA 20 is on September 27, 2019. You can play FIFA 20 even before the release. What contents those will be is unclear.
Where can you find the game? You can find FIFA 20 at gamescom in Hall 6 at Electronic Arts.
Minecraft Dungeons
What kind of game is this? Minecraft Dungeons looks like a mix of Diablo and the block game Minecraft. In this, you scour areas, defeat monsters, and continually improve your characters. You can play alone or with up to 4 players. Gameplay material from Minecraft Dungeons can be found here.
What can be played at gamescom? Minecraft Dungeons is set to release in spring 2020. At gamescom, you can already take a look and see if you like the game.

Gears 5
What kind of game is this? With Gears 5, the story of the Gears of War series continues. You can play in campaign mode or one of five other modes such as the asymmetric co-op. The first gameplay from Gears 5 resembles PvP in Destiny 2.
What can be played at gamescom? Gears 5 will be released on September 10, 2019 – You can already try out the game at gamescom.
Where can you find the game? You can find Gears 5 at gamescom in Hall 8 at Microsoft.
Marvel’s Avengers
What kind of game is this? In Marvel’s Avengers, you take on the roles of superheroes fighting against evil. The game is a collaboration project between Disney and Square Enix. You can customize your heroes in the adventure according to your preferences using their skill trees.

Ghost Recon: Breakpoint
What kind of game is this? Ghost Recon: Breakpoint is the latest installment of the Ghost Recon series. In this military shooter, you play alone or with up to 4 players in co-op. You fight against specially trained enemies and advanced drones.
The E3 trailer for Breakpoint showed exciting things and, at the end, Terminator.
What can be played at gamescom? Ghost Recon Breakpoint is set to release on October 4, 2019. You will get a first look at the game at gamescom.

Watch Dogs Legion
What kind of game is this? Watch Dogs Legion is an action-adventure game where you can recruit all NPCs. Every character you encounter in the game world is equipped with details that make them unique. Together with the NPCs, you form a legion.
In Watch Dogs Legion, you can play as anyone, but everyone just wants to play as grandma.
What can be played at gamescom? The game will be released on March 6. You can already test it at gamescom.
Where can you find the game? You can find Watch Dogs Legion at gamescom in Hall 6 at Ubisoft.
The Dark Pictures Anthology: Man of Medan
What kind of game is this? Man of Medan is a survival horror game that you can play alone, in 2-player co-op, or with additional players. Similar to Until Dawn, it gets creepy here. 5 friends embark on a diving trip and then face big problems.
Your decisions shape the story of the game. In Man of Medan, you can even kill your friends in co-op.
What can be played at gamescom? Man of Medan is set to release on August 30. At gamescom, you can already get an impression of the game.

Final Fantasy XIV
What kind of game is this? Final Fantasy XIV is one of the largest subscription-based MMORPGs on the market. Players can utilize many features like hardcore raids or a detailed crafting system. If desired, they can set up their own house there. Currently, the expansion Shadowbringers is the topic of conversation in the community.
What can be played at gamescom? At gamescom, there will be the opportunity to face bosses at play stations.
