This is how season 3 ended: Today, the last episode of 7 vs. Wild season 3 went online on Freevee. Out of 7 teams, 3 teams are still in the game. The other teams have already been eliminated. Episode 16 shows the pickup and the day before. A bonus episode will be released on YouTube.
Who held out until the end? By the end of the series, 3 teams adhered to the rules. Whether Joey Kelly (51) made it is unclear. His journey will be documented in a bonus episode on YouTube. After his teammate Jan Schlappen (25) ended the survival adventure after about a week, Joey Kelly was left alone.
The 6 winners of 7 vs. Wild season 3 are:
- Ann-Kathrin “Monkey on Bike” Benedixen (23) and Hannah Assil (32)
- Jens “Knossi” Knossala (37) and Sascha Huber (31)
- Kevin “Papaplatte” Teller (26) and Dominik “Reeze” Reezmann (28)
With these winners, the fans probably least expected. The survival professionals dropped out earlier than many fans expected.
What happened before the pickup? Even before the pickup, all participants took stock of their stay in Canada. The wildcard team was particularly proud of its performance. Hannah Assil (32) also gave a clear signal to the haters who had written off the team: “You can all go to hell!”

In the “Behind-The-Scenes” format of the show, some participants already revealed that they are happy about the weight loss. For others, it means weeks of eating and training to rebuild their bodies.
How did the pickup go? The pickup was characterized by positive emotions: all winners were happy to finally see other people again, apart from their partners. The candidates were especially pleased with the energy bars and other snacks.
First, the wildcard team of Hannah and Monkey on Bike was picked up. Hannah seemed very happy and shouted in joy, “We did it”. When asked how many teams had likely made it, she said, “All, I think all made it”.
The second team to be picked up was Knossi and Sascha’s team. The influencers, who entered the project as friends, were already waiting on the cliffs for the boat. They were very pleased to see the “girls”. In the end, the team claimed to have caught 44 fish in the series, more than any participant or team before. The team is also confident that all teams have succeeded.
As the third team, Papaplatte and Reeze were picked up. The team was already waiting on the beach for the boat. During the pickup, the team was euphoric, Papaplatte jumped for joy despite lacking energy. Reeze even stated in front of the camera, “I’m curious what the scale says”; he already had the feeling he had lost quite a bit of weight.
Who was waiting in camp for the participants? All teams arrived safely at the base camp. There, the eliminated participants and the families of the winners were already waiting for the six. For everyone, it was an emotional moment that even brought tears. A large buffet was already waiting for the winners. All winners received an engraved stone with their name on it, which comes from the island where the filming took place.
