A Gnome Village in the Deep Sea
Many secrets of World of Warcraft are not found in the mountains or the air, but in the depths of the oceans. If you venture into Tanaris and swim eastward from the coast, you will soon be able to recognize strange shapes in the water.
Beyond the exhaustion zone, there is a small gnome village buried in the sea. The two houses, although flooded, are still largely functional. Beds, cabinets, and various furniture can be found – even the elevator still merrily goes up and down!
But even more is strange. Entering the left of the two houses, the player exits the exhaustion zone (the bar regenerates). So if you are looking for a hideout from annoying raid leaders or simply no longer have the desire to face the ever new dangers, you can spend your digital twilight years in the deep sea of Tanaris with potions of underwater breathing.
This place existed even before Cataclysm – it did not sink only after the appearance of Deathwing. In the meantime, there’s even an engineering quest that leads here!
Dragons, Silithids, and a forgotten cave await on the next page.
