Step 6: The Arcane Lava
The final puzzle is here and is once again a little brain teaser. There is a large pool of arcane lava to overcome. This is possible with the help of a flying disc that hovers over the lava. However, only a limited number of players can use the disc and only certain players can use it together.
The challenge now is to figure out which players can do what. This can only be determined through trial and error and should best be recorded until you have gone through all combinations.
The puzzle is complicated, and you need to find out which player has which role. Here’s how it works:
Person A = Can use the platform in a duo with anyone or with a specific trio.
Person B = Can use the platform in a duo with Person A or with a specific trio.
The specific trio consists of player A, player B, and one random player from C, D, or E. You will need to experiment with these combinations and find out.
Persons C, D, and E = They can all use the platform in a duo with Person A, but one of them can travel in a trio. Once you’ve identified this person, refer to them as Person C.
Once you have figured out all the roles, you can solve the puzzle as follows:
- A, B, and C go to the platform and cross over.
- C disembarks on the other side, A and B come back.
- B disembarks at the start, D boards.
- D and A cross over, and D disembarks at the destination.
- A and C both return to the start, and player B boards.
- A, B, and C cross over.
- C disembarks at the destination, A and B return to the start.
- B boards. A, B, and C cross over and disembark. Everyone is at the destination.
Step 7: The Hivemind
Now you can enter the final room. There are a total of 5 positions around the Hivemind. Each player stands in one of the 5 positions and all click simultaneously on the mount. A spell begins – once it is completed, all players in the group receive the mount!
