Items that play full cinematics are part of the current patch 7.1.5 of World of Warcraft.
Some of the mentioned items have been included in the game data since patch 7.0 – the start of Legion. So far, many toys have not been obtainable, which led fans to suspect that they might not even be in the game – just like many objects before. With the opening of the Nighthold, players can now finally enjoy some new items.
- Golden Hearthstone Card: Lord Jaraxxus
- Dice of Memory
- Skull of Corruption
The Golden Hearthstone Card: Lord Jaraxxus is dropped by Gul’dan, the final boss of the Nighthold. Although some players have already received the item, there is currently no video of its use. We’ll share it as soon as it becomes available.
The Dice of Memory is a very special item for collectors, as it allows all players in the vicinity to re-watch the Legion cinematics when used. Depending on which cinematics a player has already seen, the menu changes and expands. This item is obtained at the end of a quest line that begins with a drop from the boss “Chromatic Anomaly” in the Nighthold.
The last item, the Skull of Corruption, is exclusively available for demon hunters from Gul’dan, the final boss of the Nighthold. When used, it reflects on the power contained in the skull – the familiar pose that Illidan takes in many cinematics.
Finally, users of wowhead are still guessing where the Demonfocus Crystal can be found – a toy exclusive to demon hunters. When used, “One reflects on the power of the Demon Crystal.” – Whatever that may mean. So far, no player seems to have managed to get this item.
