You can earn a particularly strong item this week, starting on March 26th, in World of Warcraft with minimal effort. We’ll tell you how to do it.
For the best loot, you usually have to complete challenging content in World of Warcraft – at least most of the time. However, this week there is an exception, as a relatively easy quest line rewards you with an item that has a minimum item level of 649 but can be significantly higher. All you have to do is complete 4 relatively simple dungeons.
Where can you find the quest? In Dornogal at the table near the flight master, you can accept the quest “Emissary of War” from March 26th to April 1st. As a reward for completing the quest, you’ll receive a special box that may contain a piece of loot from the heroic variant of the “Liberation of Lorenhall” raid.
What do you need to do for the quest? The quest requires you to complete 4 mythic dungeons. While mythic dungeons are a bit tougher than the heroic or regular versions, there is no time limit and no additional affixes. So, you can take all the time you need and complete the dungeons even with little experience or inadequate gear. The loot you obtain from world quests should be more than sufficient to be able to complete mythic dungeons.
If you are planning to have one or another “Mythic+” evening this week anyway, you can combine it with receiving the box. Mythic+ also counts towards the quest progress, so you can pick up an additional reward after your 4th dungeon.
What items can be found in the box? The box can basically contain all loot that can be used by your class and drops in the heroic variant of the Liberation of Lorenhall. This includes not only the standard loot from the bosses but also the particularly rare items such as “The Jastor Diamond” from Gallywix may be included in the box.
The item level of the reward is therefore at least 649, but can go up to 665 – depending on how lucky you are. However, if you only receive a low item, you don’t need to worry, as all items can later be upgraded to level 665.
The new gear is likely to be very useful for many of you, as several classes received some major nerfs today, as they were simply too strong before.
