The next update of WoW is coming in a few days. We will tell you which classes will receive a buff and which will endure a nerf.
In a few days, Patch 8.3 Visions of N’Zoth for World of Warcraft will be upon us. Since the update brings a lot of changes to the classes, you should inform yourself about them in advance. We have listed all the buffs and nerfs that will be implemented in the game next Wednesday (January 15).
All class changes from Patch 8.3 Visions of N’Zoth
Death Knight
- Blood
- Blood Malady can no longer heal a target for more than 5% of the maximum health points of the casting Death Knight.
- Unholy
- Festering Wounds now increases the healing absorption of Necrotic Strike.
- Revived Stalkers summoned by the talent “All Will Serve” now benefit from Frozen Paths.
- The damage and cast time of firing a Revived Stalker has been increased by 25%.
Druid
- Balance
- Moonfire and Sunfire now deal 10% less direct and periodic damage.
- Strike Twelve (Azerite trait) now deals 11% more damage.
- Power of the Moon (Azerite trait) now deals 11% more damage.
- Restoration
- The healing bonus from Mastery: Harmony has been reduced by 9%.
- Strike Twelve (Azerite trait) now deals 34% less damage.
Mage
- Frost
- Ice Lance now deals 20% more damage.
Monk
- Brewmaster
- The stamina bonus has been reduced to 30% (previously 35%).
- The effect of Stances has been reduced to 90% of agility (previously 105%).
- The talent Versatile raises the effectiveness of Stances by 5% (previously 8%).
- Mistweaver
- The healing of Revival has been increased by 12%.
- The healing of Renewing Mist has been increased by 15% and the mana cost has been reduced to 2.5% of maximum mana (previously 2.8%).
- The healing of Resuscitate has been increased by 6%.
- The healing of Enveloping Mist has been increased by 10%.
- The healing of Soothing Mist has been increased by 33% and now extends the duration of healing-over-time effects by 4 seconds (previously 2 seconds).
- Life Cocoon now heals the target for 60% of the maximum health points of the casting monk (previously 1100% of spell power).
- Windwalker
- Strike of the Rising Sun now deals 25% more damage.
- Blackout Strike now deals 10% more damage.
Paladin
- Holy
- The healing of Light’s Breath (Azerite trait) has been reduced by 12% and can now affect a maximum of 8 targets.
Priest
- Discipline
- The base healing of Penance has been increased by 25% and the healing is now correctly affected by Mastery.
- The healing of Atonement has been increased by 15%.
- Schism now only increases the damage of Priest spells.
- The damage of Shadow Word: Pain has been reduced by 9%.
- The damage of Purge the Unholy has been reduced by 10%.
- The damage of Mind Word: Comfort (talent) has been reduced by 10%.
- The healing of Absolution has been reduced to 50% of the damage dealt (previously 55%).
- The effect of Mastery: Grace has been increased by 12%.
- Shadow
- Refrain of Madness (Azerite trait) now grants 25% less critical strike chance.
- Promising Spirits (talent) now deal only 25% additional damage (previously 50%).
- Malevolent Appearances (Azerite trait) now deal the correct amount of damage when the Priest has the talent Promising Spirits.
- The damage of Vampiric Touch has been reduced by 8%.
- The damage of Shadow Word: Pain has been reduced by 8%.
Shaman
- Elemental
- Elementalist (talent) now has individually stored Auto-Cast settings for each companion.
Warlock
- Affliction
- The following companions will now be displayed under the player’s portrait with a timer: Terrorfiend, Dark Abomination, Grimoire: Felguard
- Deathbolt (talent) now deals 20% of the remaining periodic damage on the target (previously 30%).
- The chance for Nightfall (talent) to be triggered has been increased by 33%. Additionally, Nightfall increases the damage of the next Shadow Bolt by 50% (previously 25%).
- Soul Thief (talent) now deals 50% more damage.
All these adjustments will go live next week with the Patch 8.3 Visions of N’Zoth.
