The Twitch streamer Asmongold has finally reached level 60 in WoW Classic. He is celebrating this in Stormwind with music and a speech.
For many WoW streamers, the last few weeks have been the “golden age” where they could attract a lot of attention on Twitch. During the leveling phase, many streamers built a large community that played along or simply watched.
This was also the case for the streamer Asmongold, who has now finally reached level 60 and celebrated it in his typical exaggerated manner. If you are still leveling, here are some tips.
Where did Asmongold reach level 60? Asmongold was just in Scholomance with his group, a dungeon for players at the maximum level and just below. He didn’t have to fight his way through much, as during the clearing of the first room, an enemy gave him the necessary experience points to level up for the last time. He explained this while doing so.
This is it. After two weeks, after 12 hours a day streamed every day, it is finally here.

Big parade in Stormwind: After that, Asmongold traveled to Stormwind, where he was immediately greeted by his community, who organized a parade for him at the city gates. As he strolls through the ranks of players on his mount, “We are the Champions” plays in the background. Asmongold smiles broadly, clearly delighted.
Whether one can understand and celebrate this parade or finds it silly is something everyone must decide for themselves. But maybe Asmongold can finally sleep in again and no longer “has to” stream 12 hours a day on Twitch.
