In Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 and Warzone there is an attachment for a submachine gun that basically gives you infinite ammunition. Reloading is a thing of the past. But: You have limited time to secure the part.
What kind of attachment is it? The attachment is the “Helical Magazine” for the PPSh-41. The magazine ensures that you no longer need to reload the submachine gun. Instead, a overheating indicator fills up while firing, forcing you to take short breaks before you can continue shooting. If you time it well, you have virtually unlimited ammunition.
With the “Helical Magazine”, the PPSh-41 also gains more range, better recoil control, and higher mobility. Your ADS spread increases a bit, but you will hit significantly more accurately from the hip.
The PPSh-41 was an absolute beast in Warzone in 2022 and was long considered overpowered. Today it is no longer the first choice – that’s dominated by LC10 and KSV as meta weapons – but with the new magazine, it could become exciting for many again.
New Event brings promising magazine and more
How to get the attachment: You get the attachment as part of the “Nuketown Block Party” event in Black Ops 6 and Warzone. The “Helical Magazine” is part of the free path in the event pass.
To secure the reward, all you have to do is collect XP in multiplayer or battle royale.
What rewards are available at the mid-season event can be seen in the image:

When does the event start? The “Nuketown Block Party” event starts on September 4, 2025, at 6:00 PM CEST, when Season 5 Reloaded kicks off in Black Ops 6 and Warzone – simultaneously across all platforms.
How long the event will run in total has not yet been revealed by Activision. As soon as there is information about the end date, we will provide it here.
In addition to the attachment, you can also secure weapon and operator skins during the event. The latter often sparks discussions in the CoD community. With Black Ops 7, the developers plan to revamp the skin theme: The operators are expected to better fit the setting of Call of Duty. They want the skins to look authentic again, and they are doing it in a way that might upset certain players.
