To win the creatures, you simply need to perform three actions from the embedded windows here. As long as there are Gorgon mounts available, no one should go empty-handed. But keep in mind to use the window for your preferred console. The codes for PS4 will not work on Xbox and vice versa.

How to redeem a code for a Gorgon mount
If you managed to snag a code, here’s how to redeem it:
XBOX ONE:
- Install Neverwinter through the Xbox One Store
- After launching Neverwinter, you will get the option to link your gamertag with your Arc account. If you select this option, the Xbox One’s internet browser will open, where you can complete the linking process. If you skip this at this point, you will have another opportunity later.
- Select the “Arc” option once you are in Neverwinter.
- Install Arc. (You can also find Arc in the Xbox One Store.)
- Launch Arc and press the X button.
- Enter your code in the field and select “Redeem”.
- Return to Neverwinter and speak to the reward agent in the Protector’s Enclave to receive your item!
PlayStation 4:
- Create a Sony Network Entertainment account in PSN (or use your existing Sony Entertainment Network account).
- Select the PlayStation Store icon on the main page of the PS4 system and download Neverwinter
- In the PlayStation Store, select “Redeem Codes” at the bottom of the menu.
- Enter the code.
- If the code is entered correctly, select “Next” in the dialog box
- Select “Next” to complete the code redemption.
- Start Neverwinter and speak to the reward agent in the Protector’s Enclave to receive your items!
Please note that these items will be bound upon pickup and can only be claimed once per account.
