Where Winds Meet is a new free-to-play RPG, coming from the Chinese Everstone Studio and published by NetEase Games. You can expect a very extensive and complex RPG that aims to delight several fan bases:
- The story and world take place in 10th century China, but are inspired by the fictional Wuxia genre, which you might know from film classics like Crouching Tiger & Hidden Dragon or Hero.
- The open world will consist of two large regions at launch, is vast and offers secrets, puzzles, and content that will keep you busy for 100+ hours.
- Your hero fights with his martial arts skills, using superhuman abilities thanks to the Wuxia premise and even flying.
- The level progression is multifaceted and allows you to enhance skills and equipment slots yourself. In addition, there are numerous opportunities to visually stand out from other players.
- The entire story campaign and numerous quests can be experienced alone or with up to 4 friends, like in a typical single-player or co-op RPG.
- Alternatively, you can switch to an optional multiplayer mode where you can encounter numerous other players.

What makes Where Winds Meet special? Although Where Winds Meet will be available for free download and will be released simultaneously for PC, PS5, and mobile devices, we are dealing with an extremely ambitious AAA project here.
Whether it’s graphics, story presentation, combat choreography, or detail level of the world… in the most important aspects, Where Winds Meet does not have to hide behind full-price titles. Quite the opposite: The game world is enriched with all sorts of ideas and details that do not exist in this form and combination in any other game.
