There is no bad blood between Dr. Cox and Carla, even though she quickly turns to Turk. Cox even promises not to sabotage Carla’s new relationship. Throughout the rest of the series, the two are good friends who respect each other on a professional level.

J.D.’s endgame with Elliot makes it to the top 3, but with 2,740 search queries, it only lands on the lowest step. The two are trapped in an eternal Will they, won’t they
scenario from season one. J.D. finds her amazing from the start, but she doesn’t feel the same way initially and a few episodes later it’s the opposite.
They try a couple of times as a couple but keep failing at it. They are just good friends for a long time until they finally decide in season eight to give it another try. It goes so well that they marry between seasons eight and nine and later have a daughter. J.D. even tells Elliot that he loves her more than Turk. And yet, according to the search queries, Elliot is not J.D.’s most popular pairing.
