Wardogs launches on September 10, 2026, in Early Access. What has been revised during the transition from Beta can be found here.
Here you can find the complete patch notes for the start of Early Access. You can navigate directly to the exciting sections via the table of contents:
Exploits
- Exploit fixed that allowed players to reach an unintended position on the church roof.
Reports and Moderation
- New system for tracking reports added.
- Reports are now weighted, so players who report repeatedly or with malicious intent have less influence.
- Cheater bans are now announced on the server when automatic match cancellation is disabled.
- The “kicked from server” message now only appears when you have actually been banned.
Server Browser and Interface
- Filters in the server browser revised.
- Fixed faulty scaling of images from community servers.

- The rotational rattling of the Blackhawk’s chase camera has been reduced by 6 dB.
Performance and Stability
- DLSS frame generation can now be disabled without restarting, and the render target pool is configurable.
- Fewer updates to the shadow cache, reducing stutters when taking over a character.
- Two causes of crashes in the frame generation pipeline fixed.
- GPU crash reports now contain more details so we can respond faster.
- Removed outdated graphic dependency.
- Shadow quality is now limited to low at high benchmark values instead of being completely turned off.
- Fixed crash due to network calls outside of the game thread.
- Fixed crash when closing a chat tooltip.
- You can now only join a session via presence if you are friends.
- Fixed crash related to construction objects.
- Fixed crash when firing a weapon whose owner had left the match.
- Dropped items no longer affect navigation, regaining some performance.
- Improved reliability at startup, with clearer messages in case of early errors and a way to recover.
Balancing Changes
After evaluating our data, we have decided to slow progression between level 10 and 20 and flatten the curve starting at level 35. Our median players with 20 to 25 hours end up around level 20, and those who want the big rewards, the top 5%, will have to grind. Artillery moves to career level 90, and heavy tank to driver level 35. Driver has also been adjusted to make the progression through the assault vehicles feel smoother. The trader prices for forward operating base and large hammer have been raised to ensure they represent a real decision.
