The MMO New World from Amazon Studios is set in the 17th century, the Age of Discovery, on the fictional, mysterious island of Aeternum. This is located in the mid-Atlantic.
New World was transformed during development from a survival game into an open-world MMO. In the vast game world, large-scale battles in PvP as well as PvE and also mystery and horror elements play a role. The large world is complemented by a rich lore and extensive housing.
The release via Steam and Amazon is scheduled for September 28, 2021. Players can already pre-order the MMO.
