Activision has provided new insights into the multiplayer of Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 2 at the big CoD event, CoD Next.
What is CoD Next? “CoD Next” is a major CoD event that took place on September 15 and provided new information for the future of the franchise. You can watch the full video of the broadcast on the official CoD channel on YouTube.
What kind of trailer is this? The new trailer for Modern Warfare 2 is designed to give you some insights into the multiplayer of the shooter.
The trailer shows shooter action and announces a new mode
What does the trailer show? The trailer shows you the intense action of the shooter. Hectic gunfights are followed by chases with various vehicles and gadgets that reveal your opponents, as well as throwing projectiles that eliminate an opponent through the floors of various levels.
Additionally, we catch glimpses of underwater tunnel systems that you can dive through and the evacuation of a hostage. Another highlight is an unmanned drone that takes out a helicopter.
What is with the third-person perspective? In addition to the cinematic cutscenes, the trailer also includes some information about the gameplay of the shooter.
Alongside the Gunsmith 2.0, a completely new third-person perspective has also been announced, which you should be able to play in every mode – pretty crazy for a first-person shooter like CoD.

When does Modern Warfare 2 release? Modern Warfare 2 will be released on October 28 and will be available for PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series, on Steam, and in the Battle.net launcher.
