A player in Valorant had to play an important match from the emergency room. The opposing team refused to reschedule the game. The player was able to win the fight from the hospital.
Valorant is a first-person shooter by Riot Games, the developers of League of Legends. The shooter is a mix of Counter-Strike: Global Offensive and well-known hero shooters like Overwatch.
Recently, an important match took place between two teams. However, a medical incident overshadowed the game. While one team wanted to postpone the match, the rival refused. For this reason, a player had to play the crucial game from the hospital.
Opposing team refuses to postpone the match – destroyed from the hospital
What exactly happened? During an important Valorant tournament, player Nishil had to go to the hospital. Due to pancreatitis, he had to be in the emergency room. For this reason, his team asked the next opponent if the match could be postponed. After all, their player was in the hospital. However, the opponents did not want to postpone the match.
For this reason, Nishil decided to play the match from the hospital and support his team.
How did the game end? The two teams played against each other in a best-of-3 format. Whoever wins 2 out of 3 games wins the entire match. And it did not go well for the opposing team, as Nishil and his team defeated them 2:0.
How does the community react? The community is heavily impressed by the pro and cannot help but mock the opponent. One comment under the Twitter post says: “Refusing to postpone the date and losing to someone in the emergency room, I’m dying of laughter.” Another adds: “The other team will have to live with this thought for the rest of their lives.”
Almost everyone is happy about the victory and cannot understand the opponent’s refusal. At the current time (as of: 23.10.2022), the tweet has received almost 40,000 upvotes.
Other players also have no luck in Valorant when they meet the wrong opponents: The “shooter god” shroud had to witness how he and his team were taken out by a 15-year-old. And the gameplay not only impressed the Twitch streamer but many other viewers as well:
