How do I buy points? Currently, you have access to 4 different payment methods, with 2 pricing models, each offering 6 packages with Valorant Points. To access the appropriate menu, click on the Valorant Points symbol at the top:

You can buy Valorant Points not only in-game. Many online shops offer the points as a key, and you can also redeem the vouchers through the menu with the payment methods. You will find the submenu next to the “instant transfer” option.

What can I get for the points? There are rotating offers of cosmetics with which you can make your appearance during matches a bit more unique. At the release, there is a weapon collection that offers skins for many of the weapons of Valorant and also offers skins for the individual weapons.
The timer for the collection, which is highlighted as “featured” in the offers, runs for a few days, while the offers for the individual skins rotate more frequently.
You can also use your points to unlock agents. It costs 1,000 points to complete an agent contract early and include them in your available team without a significant experience point grind.
What happens to my points and purchases from the beta? With the release, your purchased skins will disappear from your inventory, and you will receive all Valorant Points back.
If you already had just the right thing in your pocket, you may now have to wait again until it comes back into rotation for purchase.
Are there pay-to-win elements? The cash shop is intended to provide purely cosmetic items and does not grant advantages in gameplay during matches – except for a cool appearance.

Battle Pass with free and premium contents
How does the Valorant Battle Pass work? By playing regularly, you can earn free items in the tactical shooter, the “battle pass”, as it is called in the German version, offers 10 levels that you unlock with XP.
All levels are divided into 5 premium segments, which you can only collect if you purchase the premium version.
What does the premium battle pass cost? The Valorant battle pass costs 1,000 Valorant Points and thus a bit more than €10. Due to the package selection in the payment methods, you would have to buy at least one package for €11.99 to get to the 1,000 points.
How can I buy the pass? In the top left of the large menu bar, you will find 2 symbols. The left one shows your progress when unlocking the first agents or a contract. The right one shows your progress in the battle pass. The circle stands for a level and is divided into the 5 sub-levels.
Click on this symbol to access the “battle pass” overview. Here you will find the button on the right side for the “premium upgrade for 1,000 points”.
What do I get without spending money? Overall, there are 15 items from the free path for all players who level the battle pass to the highest level. These include:
- Weapon skin
- Charms for the weapons
- 30 Radianite currency
- Visitor cards
- Sprays
Additionally, you can unlock all agents of Valorant for free with enough playtime.
What do I get from the premium battle pass? Here you get all of that from the free path, but much more. In addition to the 15 items, you receive 5 additional cosmetics or Radianite for each of the 10 levels. In total, you can unlock 12 weapon skins, but also 130 Radianite, which would otherwise cost many Valorant Points.
How long does it take to unlock a level? You earn experience points by finishing a game and through missions.
For example, you receive 1,000 XP for finishing a round of “Spike Rush”, a good beginner mode, and a match lasts about 10 minutes. For the first segment, you need 4,000 XP, which is about 4 games lasting around 10 minutes.
You can drastically reduce the time with tasks. Always check what is currently active and try to complete the tasks. This way, you can also unlock the additional agents faster, although you shouldn’t focus on that at the beginning. Because among the starter agents, there are already a few strong agents.
The longer the pass runs, the faster you progress. The missions gradually provide more points for the battle pass, so you have enough time to fully complete the pass. Here is an overview of it:
Radiant Points / Radianite Points for tuning your skins
What is Radianite? This is another Valorant currency with which you can further upgrade your acquired skins. You earn Radianite through level-ups in the battle pass or you can purchase a few of these tuning points for many Valorant Points:
- 20 for 1,600 points
- 40 for 2,800 points
- 80 for 4,800 points
What can I buy with it? Many skin variants contain more than meets the eye at first glance. With Radianite, you can upgrade your skins to receive, for example, a new reload animation or additional versions of your skin. However, the amount of affordable Radianite is limited. Use this valuable currency only when you are sure.
