What happened? A reddit user had to send in his “God of War” PS4 Pro Edition for repair. The drive of the console was broken and had to be replaced. The repair cost amounted to 164 dollars, as the warranty had expired.
Due to the Corona epidemic, the repair took significantly longer than usual. Therefore, the owner did not only receive his console back. Sony also included a letter and a PS4 game with the repaired console.
