The former Overwatch professional Félix “xQc” Lengyel has long been at the top of Twitch. To maintain his position, he streamed incredibly much, neglecting diet and household. Now the 27-year-old has sought support, but the extent of the chaos seemed to surprise him.
What kind of trash problem does xQc have? The Twitch streamer is on air a lot. In 2022, he streamed on 6 out of 7 days and was live for an average of 11 hours a day (via Twitchtracker). This meant for xQc: food from delivery services, the packaging is simply thrown on the floor next to the desk.
While viewers, who could occasionally look at the growing trash piles, were bewildered, xQc justified himself: The rotten chicken somehow smells good. For many, this is incomprehensible – after all, the 27-year-old earns millions, so he can just pay someone to clean up.
This is exactly what xQc has now done, but when the cleaning crew appeared in the background of his stream, he became unusually silent.

What a situation! In his stream, xQc watched a video together with his viewers while several people stuffed trash into bags in the background. The Twitch streamer, who is normally known for his sometimes incomprehensible speeches, suddenly could not utter a word.
Instead, he started typing a message to his chat: “I’m usually not this shy, Chat, I’m more social and chill. But this time… there’s so damn much garbage, holy shit, I’m really shy.”
xQc admitted that it felt like the housekeepers had been cleaning for “years,” he didn’t even know what to say. You can see the entire awkward clip here:
As one of the housekeepers seemed to take a look at the screen, xQc quickly closed the text window and resumed the paused video.
The Twitch streamer had recently admitted that he was not entirely happy with his situation: he lives in a house that doesn’t feel like a home, only eats fast food, while his fellow streamers have happy relationships.
With a move, a new – albeit short-lived – relationship, and now hiring a cleaning crew, xQc seems to be eager to work on his situation.
If someone is now taking care of his household, the Twitch streamer at least has the head free to deal with other problems. Because xQc is currently facing criticism for his reaction content: he is accused of stealing the content of smaller creators and contributing little.
