The new project “Mission Unknown: Atlantic” by Twitch streamer Jens “Knossi” Knossalla has now also started on YouTube. Colleague Max “Trymacs” Stemmler reacted to the first episode in the stream and explained why he would never have participated there.
What kind of project is this? The project is called Mission Unknown: Atlantic, initiated by the Twitch streamer Knossi. Ten content creators, including Knossi, Joey Kelly, and Jodie Calussi, face a tough challenge: they are crossing the Atlantic in a sailing boat.
The ten participants are divided into two teams, blue and orange, and compete in a race to see who reaches the destination first. Each team has two sailing experts to support them.
The project faced some backlash right from its announcement. After all, crossing the Atlantic is no easy task, which can be challenging even for experienced sailors.
The project was filmed in November 2024 for about three weeks. The episodes initially aired on Amazon Prime, and now the first episode has been uploaded to YouTube.

“I wouldn’t participate for any amount of money in the world”
Why wouldn’t Trymacs participate? There is limited space on the boats. Each participant has only about 2 to 3 m² on the boat. That’s simply too little space for Trymacs, and he says: “On day 5, our shelter was better” (via YouTube). He is referring to his participation with Twitch colleague Rumathra in the YouTube show 7 vs. Wild.
Trymacs goes on to say that he doesn’t even remember if he was also asked to participate in the project. He believes he remembers hearing it through Knossi or his manager, and it was immediately clear to him that he would never participate.
Overall, Trymacs finds Knossi’s project good. He concludes: “Great content, really great, but I wouldn’t participate for any amount of money in the world” (via YouTube). He is looking forward to watching the upcoming episodes of the show.
As a final reason, Trymacs added that he couldn’t stream for three weeks. Maybe the Twitch streamer is also concerned about his status in his Clash of Clans clan.
