In Throne and Liberty, the major castle siege event has just concluded. The developers have learned from it and promise adjustments. However, there are urgent problems in the MMORPG.
This is the current situation in Throne and Liberty: The people behind the MMORPG have just announced improvements in the areas of PvP and guild alliances, but it appears that there are more pressing issues at the moment.

, addressing player feedback and plans to revise PvP and guild alliances. - The day before, the servers had gone offline for update 1.8.0 – and that is exactly what is now causing problems.
Throne and Liberty promises changes before the next event
This is set to change: The Tico Talks
on November 22 focused on the castle siege from the previous weekend. The Globalization Manager promised to take community feedback into account and announced improvements to be implemented in the MMORPG before the next event on December 1:
- There will be some noticeable adjustments in PvP. Crowd Control abilities will need to take longer to recharge, and purification stones will receive additional options.
- Additionally, they intend to address the issue with mega alliances. However, sensitivity is required here, as changes could also affect guilds that use the features as intended by the developers. For now, they will turn off the classification for
hostile guilds
.
On YouTube, players thank the developers for listening to the community and praise the transparent communication. However, in the Throne and Liberty subreddit, other problems are currently being discussed.

Tanks nerfed to death?
What are these problems? Apparently, update 1.8.0 had unexpectedly severe effects on two roles: healers and tanks. There seems to be an unfortunate combination of nerfs and bugs.

complains that healing in T&L is a very unpleasant experience compared to other MMORPGs, especially due to the nerf and the new dungeons: One has to keep track of so much and constantly struggles with having insufficient mana (via Reddit)- Others, however, counter this: If damage dealers do not block or move out of range, that is not a healer problem. The new dungeons are now just so demanding that a healer can no longer carry the group alone by keeping everyone alive.

It seems that tanks have been hit even harder:

shows in a video how his tank melts away in seconds. Apparently, there is a bug affecting endurance and evasion. This effectively removes tanks from the game (via Reddit).- In another thread,

The community is heatedly discussing player experiences. However, there is no real consensus: Some see no problem at all and believe it is all being overdramatized. Others think tanks and healers have become completely useless due to the changes.
