In Throne and Liberty there are many PvP opportunities. One important one you may have overlooked is the arena. Especially the arena shop has very useful items that are worth a look.
What is in the arena shop? You can find the arena shop in Kastleton. There you can buy epic bracelets with arena coins. They differ little from each other. They all cost the same, and have the same property pool and the same status values except for one.
Each bracelet has a different PvP effect that should not be underestimated. These effects are mass control effects. They can significantly influence the outcome of a battle or duel in PvP. Additionally, the arena shop also has noble handbag for you.
Guilds are particularly important when it comes to PvP in Throne and Liberty:
That’s why the arena and the arena shop are worth it
If you go to the menu in Throne and Liberty, you will find a menu item called 'Arena', where you can sign up for regular or ranked single matches, team matches, and friendly matches. But beware, won friendly matches do not count towards later rewards.
Weekly Missions
If you win three arena fights, you automatically fulfill the PvP task in the weekly missions in the menu. It’s worth completing at least three matches a week just for that, as you can receive epic loot in the weekly missions.
Arena Shop: Bracelets
But that's not all, you also earn arena coins for the arena shop:
- 3 victories: 3 coins
- 5 victories: 2 more coins
- 10 victories: 1 more coin
To exchange your arena coins for valuable loot, you need to head to Kastleton, where the NPC Arena General Merchant Nikolai is located at the arena castle gate. It is marked on the map with a purple symbol.
The NPC sells you pretty bracelets. You can earn six arena coins per week, however, one bracelet costs a total of nine coins. So you need more than a week to save for one bracelet.
The bracelets have different PvP stats that can hold or weaken the opponent:
- Skilled suppression bracelet: Chance to ensnare
- Skilled corrupt bracelet: Weakening chance
- Skilled shock bracelet: Chance to stun
- Skilled charge bracelet: Chance of collision
You can either use these precious bracelets for yourself or extract their properties and sell them for the real currency Luzent at the auction house. This way you can also acquire this currency as a Free2Play player.
Arena Shop: Noble Handbag
However, the Arena General Merchant Nikolai also has noble handbag in his arena shop. You can purchase these for three arena coins.
If you are not interested in the real currency or PvP equipment, you can alternatively indulge in the handbags. If you open them, you have a chance to receive epic equipment. The bracelets are the better choice in this case, as the epic item is guaranteed to you.
