On December 5, 2024, the servers of Throne and Liberty will be offline for a whole 8 hours to implement the major content expansion of Update 1.10.0. MeinMMO has the official German patch notes for you.
Until when are the servers offline? According to playthroneandliberty.com, the servers of Throne and Liberty have been offline since 7:30 AM German time. The maintenance is expected to last about 8 hours. Therefore, you will be able to play the MMORPG again only from 3:30 PM. However, in the past, the developers have usually completed updates faster. So you might be able to try to get on the servers a bit before the announced time.
Today marks the big content update 1.10.0 for Throne and Liberty, which introduces many new elements to the game all at once. If you want to check the status of the servers for Throne and Liberty yourself, you can easily do so. The developers provide current information on the server status either on the official X channel of Throne and Liberty or in the server status section of the official Discord channel.
The official website of the MMORPG also provides an overview of the current server status. You can find this overview at playthroneandliberty.com. Below, you will find the official patch notes for 1.10.0.
Throne and Liberty has lost more than 70% of players in 2 months:
Patch Notes for Update 1.10.0
New Weapon: The Spear
The spear specializes in exploiting enemy weaknesses for quicker eliminations. Use CC and take your opponents’ defenses away with the spear’s unique skills. Gale Rush crosses any distance on the battlefield, while a well-timed throwing spear ends any foe. The spear is a powerful weapon that is excellent for almost any playstyle.
- Defense counter: Certain spear skills deactivate enemy defensive abilities for up to 6 seconds.
- Weakness stacks: Stack damage over time on targets to give foes an explosive end.
- Conditional skills: Some skills have defensive effects when applied to allied targets, while behaving offensively on hostile targets.
Dimension Trials
Take on the challenge of your favorite dungeons at different difficulty levels. Depending on your chosen difficulty, you will encounter higher enemy stats, more challenging boss mechanics, and additional applied effects in the dungeon. Complete higher levels to contribute to the leaderboard and earn seasonal rewards. Dimension Trials can be played repeatedly, and there are no costs to participate.
- Each week, two Dimension Trials are available. The selection changes during the weekly maintenance.
- To participate in the Dimension Trial, players must have completed the 2-star dungeon of the same name at least once since this update.
- The group leader decides which phase of the dungeon will be entered.
- Group members must meet a minimum combat power to gain access.
- The timer only starts once players interact with the time dice in the Dimension Trials. There is no time limit to complete a level, but further levels will unlock based on completion time.
- Future Dimension Trials can be launched by the group leader based on previous completion milestones at higher difficulty levels.
- Complete additional levels to receive new runes and progress in Dimension Trial achievements as well as the seasonal leaderboard!
2-Star Dungeon: Chamber of Torment
The Arkeum Legion and the Order of Sylaveth have teamed up to develop a chamber of torment in the Shadow Crypt. Their dark goal: to obtain information in order to crush the resistance. It is up to you to stop Kaligras, the head torturer behind this dreadful operation.
Face the darkness, defeat the nightmarish creatures, and survive Kaligras’ onslaught to receive coveted items. You will need to coordinate well and keep an eye on the blood vials in his arena to survive – but the Phantom Wolf Knee Pads and Shadow Harvester Pants are worth the challenge.
War Games
Organize your own competitive matches with a custom team composition through War Games. Hold friendly battles, train with your guild, or invite any players to the fight. Compete with players from your own and other servers in your region.
- Create private or public matches of your choice on Blessing Stone and Discord Conflict maps. Up to 4 teams of individual size can compete head-to-head. You can also appoint other players to manage individual teams.
- Check a list of ongoing or upcoming War Games and participate in them. You may only be in one War Game waiting room at a time.
- Viewers welcome! Watch the ongoing game through observer mode without being seen.
Rune System
A new method to further enhance equipment is here: the Rune System!
Rune slots have been added for epic-grade weapons and equipment. Equip an item with runes that match the type of the open rune slot to give the item additional stats. Rune synergies can be activated depending on the order in which the runes are inserted into the item. Rune synergy effects are triggered when all slots are filled with runes that match the synergy pattern. Effects are based on the rune with the lowest class equipped on an item.
- You can access and customize your runes through the “Rune Management” menu. This menu has been added at the bottom of the context menu for individual equipment items.
- Unlock rune slots by paying with Sollant and selecting the type of slot. Runes must match the slot type to be equipped. The slot type can later be changed for a Sollant fee.
- You can obtain runes through various content, including the new Dimension Trials.
- Runes of a specific type and value have class levels. Once you obtain a rune, any additional runes received will guarantee to be of the same level or higher as long as the content, such as Dimension Trials, offers runes of the same or higher class.
- Example: If you receive a rune of the type necklace defense at level 5 for melee defense value, all future runes obtained in Dimension Trials for that type and value will be at least level 5.
- Runes also have grades. Higher grades increase the maximum level for that rune.
- By completing the fifth level of Dimension Trials, you can obtain chaos runes, a type of rune that drops with maximum effectiveness and stronger bonuses, but also comes with drawbacks. Only one chaos rune can be placed in an equipment item at a time. They act as wildcards for activating rune synergies.
- Unused runes can be dissolved into rune fragments or converted into other items through substance conversion. With these rune fragments, additional rune boxes can be crafted.
Material Conversion
Material conversion is a new system that allows a range of items to be converted into materials for other items. Bound equipment or runes can be included in the conversion to increase the potential item that is output based on the total value of the items consumed.
- Through material conversion of equipment, new gear can be created, the grade of which depends on the consumed items.
- Through material conversion of runes, new runes or rune fragments can be created based on the total value of the consumed runes.
- The material conversion menu can be found in the main menu under the “Item” section.
New Stat: Tenacity
A new main stat has been introduced: Tenacity.
- Increase your tenacity stat to significantly boost your vitality while also improving your base damage, magic defense, melee/magic/range endurance, and CC resistance.
- Initially, stat bonuses on spear weapons are the main way to increase tenacity.
Fishing Codex
Fearless anglers of Solisium, rejoice! A new fishing codex has been added to the game. You can find it in the content section of the main menu.
- The fishing codex records the fish you discover during your fishing adventures and shows you information about your catches.
- Additionally, the fishing codex offers new rewards for discovering all that the waters of Solisium have to offer – including items, titles, and other new fishing collectibles.
- Furthermore, the visual representation of fishing spots and the categorization of fishing items in the inventory have been improved.
General
- Collection Codex: The interface of the codex has been revamped, and new items have been added to complete codex collections.
- Group Invitation Settings: Options have been added to automatically decline group invitations from various sources. You can restrict your group invitations to receive only invitations from players in your guild, alliance, or friends list.

This temporary fix aims to resolve the current issues where stamina drops below zero in some combat situations.
- CC Immunity: The calculation for crowd-control immunity has been adjusted based on the CC type and existing CC effects on the character.
- Collisions trigger CC immunity the fastest.
- Stun, sleep, and fear trigger CC immunity second fastest.
- Other less common effects trigger CC immunity slower.
- Sword: The amount of contribution received from various skills has been increased.
- Staff: The amount of contribution received from various skills has been increased.

- Row Firebombs: “Focused Fire Bombs” specialization: The duration of the recovery effect debuff has been reduced from 6 seconds to 3 seconds.
Wand
- Beam of Doom: Damage against monsters has been increased by 30%. A bug has been fixed that caused “Beam of Doom” effects to remain visible after the caster had died.
UI
- Guilds: 10 new types of guild markers have been added for marking the map.
- Chat: The chat input field can now be moved and separated from the chat window.
- Leaderboards: Characters that have been transferred or deleted from servers will no longer appear on the leaderboards.
