The new MMORPG Throne and Liberty has revealed its system requirements. And it looks like older PC systems may also perform well in the game.
In October 2023, the MMORPG Throne and Liberty is set to be released for PC. Presumably, you will also be able to purchase and play it via Steam. Players have been wondering for some time how powerful the PC system needs to be to meet the requirements.
On the South Korean website of the game, the hardware requirements have now been revealed, showing that they are not that high (via tl.plaync.com). We show you the details in the overview.
PC requirements for CPU, graphics card, and more
| Minimal | Recommended | |
| CPU (Processor) | i5-7700 | i5-11600K |
| GPU (Graphics Card) | GTX 1660 | RTX 2070 SUPER |
| RAM (Memory) | 16 GB | 16 GB |
| OS (Operating System) | Windows 10 (Version 20H2) | Windows 10 (Version 20H2) |
With these requirements, even many older PCs should be able to cope and at least keep up with the minimum requirements. Unfortunately, it is not clear what resolutions Minimal
and Recommended
refer to.
These requirements apply to the upcoming beta tests of Throne and Liberty, which are active from May 24 to May 30. However, they will only be active in Korea at first. A beta test in North America is expected to follow later. What we know about the beta tests of Throne and Liberty.
It is quite possible that the system requirements for the game will change slightly or be presented in more detail by the release. After deeper tests, the developers may find a wider range of components that the game runs on and subsequently adjust the tables.
