The new MMORPG for PC, PS5, and Xbox that we are all waiting for brings 5 new PvE dungeons

The interesting new MMORPG launching soon in Europe is Throne and Liberty. The MMORPG has been live in South Korea since December 2023 and is set to be released in Europe in 2024 for PC, PS5, and Xbox Series thanks to Amazon. In South Korea, there are plans to introduce 5 new dungeons for 6 players and a dungeon finder in March 2024.

This is the situation around Throne and Liberty:

• The MMORPG from NCSoft launched in South Korea in December 2023. It was a long-awaited release; the first images of the game were shown back in 2011, when it was still called Lineage Eternal.
• Amazon plans to bring the online role-playing game to the West, initially targeting the first half of 2024 for the release.
• Recently, there have been reports that the release in Europe might be delayed. The version for PS5 and Xbox, for which Amazon is responsible, has been causing issues.

Throne and Liberty plans 5 new dungeons and a dungeon finder

This is the latest from South Korea: In South Korea, Throne and Liberty is planning a PvE offensive. They aim to release 5 new “6-player co-op dungeons” in March along with a “dungeon finder tool.”

The PvE experience is now said to be the top priority for the game, according to the producer. They want to bring more players into the open PvE experience, both in solo play and in groups. Until now, the PvE experience has primarily been something for players in guilds.

They also want to grant players more freedom and not force them into activities they are not interested in.

There seemed to be issues in South Korea with the “Resistance Event,” where players felt compelled to participate to obtain new skills. The developers wanted to counter this feeling by making the event extra easy, but ultimately had to admit that it didn’t work well and had to abort it.

They no longer want to create something like this “forced event.”

The skills that players earned during the event are now granted automatically at level 50.
