Amazon is finally bringing the Korean MMORPG Throne and Liberty to Europe in September. In a current trailer, the MMO showcases the character editor and the shapeshifting mechanic, which is useful not only for combat.
What is Throne and Liberty?

In a new trailer, Throne and Liberty presents new features primarily related to the character editor. The trailer also focuses on the shapeshifting mechanic.
Wolf, Otter or Golem
What can you see in the trailer? The trailer showcases the character editor, with which you reportedly have over 100 options allowing for tens of thousands of combinations. You can see many options not just in hairstyles and hair colors, but also examples of clothing.
However, the biggest focus in the trailer is on shapeshifting. This is not limited to wolves. You can see how the character transforms into a large insect. The various transformations are said to be obtained through quests and defeated enemies.
In addition to the insect, an otter, an eagle, and a wolf, it was also shown that you can transform into an orc or a huge golem to conquer a castle. It looks quite spectacular in the trailer, as you break down the wall of a castle as the vanguard.
A so-called Guardian Form was also shown, which is supposed to provide new abilities in combat. In the current trailer, for example, you can see a mix of fire and earth spells.
Shapeshifting is not only for combat. What is interesting about the trailer is also the usefulness of shapeshifting. In the trailer, you can see how you travel through the plains as a wolf, swim through the water as an otter, or fly through mountain formations as a falcon. Therefore, shapeshifting seems to be a fundamental mechanic that should prove useful in all situations.
