3. Dr. Elliot Reid
… takes the third place on the podium! With 14,800 search queries, she even surpasses main character JD. Elliot has been a main cast member since the very first episode of Scrubs and is also part of the ninth season.
At the beginning, she is incredibly nervous, almost neurotic. From the third season onwards, this slowly changes, even though she never completely stops. With JD, she has a long-term on-off relationship, dates Keith Dudemeister, and ultimately marries JD. At Sacred Heart, she becomes a private practitioner in the later seasons. She is played by Sarah Chalke.
2. Dr. Bob Kelso
Dr. Bob Kelso also belongs to the stalwarts of Scrubs, leaving all the youngsters behind with 18,100 search queries. A deserved second place.
Kelso is the head of Sacred Heart and continually makes life difficult for JD. He no longer practices, attends conferences regularly and even showcases his proud golfer calves in one episode. His great weakness is food, which placed him 5th in our community poll on the most popular pairings: Dr. Kelso and muffins.
However, there’s something Dr. Kelso almost enjoys more than eating. He loves to argue with the winner of this ranking.
1. Dr. Perry Cox
Securing the first place with a whopping 27,100 search queries in 12 months is the one and only Dr. Perry Cox. He is JD’s chosen mentor against his will, the best instructor Sacred Heart has ever seen, and one of the best doctors in the Scrubs universe.
Dr. Cox is an incredibly strict teacher. He genuinely cares about his patients. This is evidenced in one of the best episodes, where Dr. Cox loses several patients due to rabid organs. Perry subsequently falls into a severe depression. And while he actually likes JD, he would never admit it.
