7. Dr. Keith Dudemeister
Keith makes his Scrubs debut in episode 1 of the fifth season along with a handful of other new interns. He ranks 7th with 1,900 search queries. In fact, Keith initially tries hard to impress JD. Over time, however, he gains confidence and becomes a good doctor.
However, JD never really warms up to him, especially since Keith starts a relationship with JD’s old flame Elliot Reid. This doesn’t change even after that relationship goes downhill.
6. The Todd
His high-fives are legendary; 6th place goes to Dr. Todd Quinlan with 3,600 searches. He is a surgeon at Sacred Heart and started simultaneously with JD, Turk, and Elliot. Actor Robert Maschio plays Todd throughout all nine seasons aired so far. His situational high-fives are his trademark, as well as his sleeveless doctor outfit.
5. Dr. Christopher Duncan Turk
We start the top 5 with already 6,600 searches and Dr. Christopher Duncan Turk – JD’s best friend. Turk has also been around since the first episode and season. However, unlike his buddy, he is a surgeon and assigned to a different team.
Turk is married to Carla Espinosa and by the end of the series, they have two daughters. He is played by Donald Faison.

Dorian has only achieved 4th place with 8,100 search queries. Played by Zack Braff, he is the main character in the first eight seasons. In the ninth season, however, he lets his old colleagues and a fresh cast stand in the spotlight.
