The basic principle of The Secret World is quite simple: “Do you know all these crazy conspiracy theories? What if they were all true?” And so, the favorite holiday of The Secret World gamers is usually Halloween, but something is also thought of for Christmas.

It starts with a performance of Mozart’s “The Magic Flute” in London, leads to Venice, where one uncovers the bones of Santa Claus in a Freemason tomb (like I said, just an ordinary Tuesday in TSW) and with various clues (and the help of the internet), the mystery of the conspiracy can be solved.
As it is said, TSW has succeeded in embedding the Christmas event into the ongoing storyline about the “Filth”, the mysterious zombie plague, Other games could learn from this, as their seasonal events often seem quite disjointed.
