After a quiet period regarding Tarisland, the developers surprisingly announced the release of the MMORPG today. We will show you how to register.
What kind of game is it? Tarisland is an upcoming free MMORPG developed and published by the Chinese studio Tencent. It is considered a response to WoW, as WoW and other Blizzard games are no longer playable in China, since Blizzard ended its collaboration with its Chinese partner NetEase.
Tarisland features a Western fantasy setting with colorful graphics reminiscent of the style of WoW. The nine classes also resemble the original selection from WoW.
There is the Warrior, Paladin, Mage, Hunter, Priest, Bard, and a kind of Demon Hunter with two glaives. Each class has two specializations, which can be switched between at any time. This allows players to easily switch between two roles.

The pre-registration for Tarisland has started
How do I register? To play Tarisland, you must first register. Tarisland is available on both PC and mobile devices. To register, you need to go to the Tarisland website.
- There, press the large button that says Register.
- In the window that opens, enter your email and click the button below that says “Receive”.
- Check your emails for a message from “LevelInfinitePass”; you will find a 6-digit code there that you need to enter in the field under your email.
- Press the button “Register/Log in”.
- Select your country/region and confirm the terms.
- Press the large button that says Register again.
- Check the box for your platform (iOS, Android, or PC) and confirm the privacy policy again.
- With a click on Subscribe, you are done.
If you have done everything correctly, the following message should appear when you click the “Registration” button:
You are already registered!
Please check your email for the latest information.
When will Tarisland be released? The exact date when the MMORPG will be released has not been announced today. However, the message on Discord states, “Tarisland is close to its official release”.
Although the Apple App Store lists the date as June 14, 2024, the developers stated on Discord that this date is just a placeholder.
An exact date for the MMORPG’s release will be announced in a future update.
Are there rewards for pre-registration? Yes, there are supposed to be rewards for pre-registration. More details on what players will receive are not yet known.
The community manager Jeya revealed on Discord that the rewards will be published soon.
Update March 27, 2024, 1:10 PM: Possible rewards for registration have already been seen on the Chinese site.
On the Chinese site of the game, some rewards for registration have already appeared. Whether these are identical to those in the West is unknown. The more people register for the game, the more rewards all players receive. The following rewards are available in China:
- Level 1: A gift package containing 5,000 silver, 5 mana potions, and 5 healing potions
- Level 2: A title translated as “Really Demanding”; in German, it may have a different name
- Level 3: A mysterious pet, about which nothing else is known yet
- Level 4: A mysterious mount, and again, nothing specific is known yet
- Level 5: There should also be a reward here, but since level 4 of the registration phase has not been reached yet, we cannot see what reward awaits us.
Tarisland has faced a lot of criticism in the past. However, the developers wanted to use the final tests to improve their game.
