In EA FC 24 there is a rich selection of goal celebrations that you can execute. But especially the Griddy is very popular and we will explain to you how to do it.
The FIFA successor EA FC 24 brings a total of 8 new goal celebrations to the game, which you can use to celebrate your goals extensively. The celebration we want to look at here, however, was already present in FIFA 23.
It is the Griddy and it is back in EA FC 24 and we will tell you how it works.
This is the Griddy: The Griddy dance is a popular dance that probably first appeared in the NFL. There, Justin Jefferson made it famous after he used it for celebrations after touchdowns. The Griddy quickly found its way to soccer, and various professionals like Christian Pulisic were seen dancing the Griddy after scoring goals.
How to do the Griddy in EA FC 24
What is very important to execute the Griddy in EA FC 24: You must first score a goal. Once you’ve done that, it’s not hard to impress your opponent with a smooth Griddy.
This is all you need to do:
- Hold the right trigger
- Flick the right stick up twice
Your goal hero will be dancing the Griddy and looks damn cool. Here you can see how it looks in the game:
If you accidentally mess up and execute a different celebration, no problem. Just press R1 and L1 at the same time and you break any celebration animation and jump straight to the kick-off.
What do you think about the Griddy? Are you already using it actively in EA FC 24 or do you have another favorite? Feel free to let us know in the comments!
