The first 24 minutes in Absolver – This is how the online melee game begins

The first 24 minutes of gameplay for Absolver are known. This is how the journey begins in the upcoming online melee combat game.

Absolver will be released on August 29 on PS4 and Xbox One. However, you do not have to wait that long to get a detailed impression of this game. The publisher DevolverDigital released a gameplay video during Gamescom 2017 that shows the first 24 minutes:

The video is titled “Arriving in Adal.” At the beginning, you are arriving in the Adal kingdom – the area where Absolver takes place. After a short cinematic where you receive the mask, the video transitions into a tutorial.

You are a masked fighter who learns new abilities on your journey by fighting against other players in melee combat or being taught new attack combinations by mentors.

Your goal is to prove yourself worthy of becoming an Absolver – a member of an elite unit.
