There is good news for everyone looking to get an Xbox One X. This powerful console from Microsoft will officially launch on November 7, 2017 – and as has now been confirmed: The Division will have Xbox One X support.
When this update with support will be released and what improvements it will bring, only the future will tell. But the developers already wanted to announce: Yes, there is an upgrade in the works.
Red Storm thanks everyone for the feedback
Leading the way for Update 1.8 is not Massive, but Red Storm – a Ubisoft studio in the USA. Two developers from Red Storm were online in the stream today, thanking everyone for the feedback they received from the community during the PTS.
The PTS phases were very successful. Many changes could be implemented based on community feedback. Now they are looking forward to the launch of this “big Update 1.8”, which will not only introduce a plethora of content such as a map expansion, two new game modes, a new rogue system, a revision of the underground, new mechanics, and new items, but also is completely free.
Thanks to the community, 1.8 has become a great update.
More information from the State of the Game:
- The secret gear sets can also drop in the new underground. The bosses and hunters in there can drop these.
- The D3-FNC set has been revised and now looks better than ever alongside the ballistic shield.
- The sets “Path of the Nomad” and “Sign of the Predator” may be powerful, but they are also intended to be powerful and bring special abilities into the fight.
- The live game will be the “real test” for Rogue 2.0. However, they have listened to all the feedback and made some changes.
