In the State of the Game, the developers discussed how the upcoming updates for The Division 2 will progress. Additionally, there will be changes to the maintenance work on Thursday, May 23rd.
This is what the live stream was about: In the State of the Game on May 22nd, the main topic was how things will proceed in the near future.
Massive revealed initial details about the upcoming Title Updates 3.1 and 4. Additionally, there are changes to the maintenance work that will take place on May 23rd.
We summarize the most important information from the State of the Game for you.

Title Update 3.1 mainly addresses bug fixes
One topic was the NPCs that behave differently since the last patch and cause chaos. This NPC behavior is a combination of several bugs in both AI and animations.
It is not the old, previously occurring bug as some players suspected.
These are the known fixes so far:
- A problem with masks will be fixed. Currently, they look very strange when equipped. (Does not affect the 12 Hunter Masks)
- The firing rate of semi-automatic weapons should work properly again. Currently, there are issues with fast-firing rifles and pistols.
- Some weapon bugs will be fixed that led to various issues. This includes invisible weapons or those that suddenly turn invisible.
- Some sound issues will be fixed.
However, not all sound bugs can be fixed with the patch. These are particularly stubborn errors that have been present since the beta.
The developers are having difficulty reproducing the various bugs. Therefore, Massive asks for feedback and specific information such as sound systems or headsets used when the bugs occur.
When will the patch arrive? So far, there is no release date. Not even a timeframe has been revealed. It is also unclear what changes will be included in Title Update 3.

Title Update 4 brings Specialization 4
In the stream, the developers also addressed players who cannot relate to the raid. For them, Title Update 4 should provide new content.
When will Title Update 4 arrive? Massive did not reveal that either. However, the new content should follow as soon as possible.
What will come with Title Update 4? The developers did not disclose that. It is only certain that Title Update 4 also brings the fourth specialization.
Will there be test phases again beforehand? Yes, Title Update 4 will be run on the PTS (Public Test Server) beforehand.
What are specializations? These are additional skill trees that can be expanded using specialization points. There are currently three:
These specializations are not available until level 30. They have unique weapons such as the grenade launcher (Destruction Expert), a .50 caliber sniper rifle (Precision Shooter), or a crossbow (Survival Specialist).

This is currently known about the new specialization: There was speculation about a minigun as an individual weapon beforehand. This was confirmed by a trailer that announced the specialization.
Aside from the minigun, which has not been confirmed yet, there are no further clues as to what Specialization 4 will look like.
Maintenance on May 23rd will proceed differently than usual
This is changing with the maintenance: As usual, this week the regular maintenance takes place on Thursday. However, this time at a different time.
When exactly is still unknown to the developers at this time. During the maintenance, however, some fixes will be implemented.

This will be fixed during maintenance:
- A bug that prevented the completion of Roosevelt Island on hard will be fixed.
- Those who completed the raid in the first week will receive a special patch. However, it is currently bugged. It may happen that they do not receive it if they did not complete the raid in one go. This was not intended and will be fixed.
