In Destiny 2, Guardians can save the universe as Warlocks, Hunters, or Titans. They also have the choice of 4 subclasses each.
- In addition to the known Arc, Void, and Solar focuses, the Stasis classes were added since Beyond Light.
- The 12 options all play differently, feature unique abilities, and bring distinct power fantasies.
We wanted to know from our MeinMMO readers, which of the 12 classes is the best for PvE? A proud 2,922 of you participated in creating this list.

Rank 12 – Arcstrider (Hunter)
Arcstriders land with 65 votes (2.22%) in 12th and last place.
What distinguishes Arcstriders? This subclass represents the agility and skill known by all Guardians and feared by their enemies – no other focus is harder to hit. They wield a staff of pure lightning energy as a weapon.
These specializations have Arc Hunters:
- Arc Staff (Way of the Warrior) – The specialization focuses on powerful melee hits and agile evasive maneuvers that complement each other perfectly and charge one another.
- Arc Staff (Way of the Wind) – Do you always want your abilities faster than everyone else at hand and be able to escape in any situation? Then this is the specialization for you. Additionally, the closer you come to death, the more dangerous you become.
- Whirlwind Shield (Way of the Storm) – With your skills with the Arc Staff, dodging becomes unnecessary. You can block even the strongest attacks and throw them back at your enemies.
Strike like the lightning, be terrifying like the thunder.
Description of the Arcstriders
Use these Exotics:
- Raiden Flux: The chest armor significantly improves the duration and damage of your Arc Staff super and lets Hunters whirl across the battlefield almost indefinitely.
- Handschlag des Lügners: The gloves turn Hunters into deadly melee fighters who have already beaten Raid bosses with them.
Placement 2020: Last year, the Arc Hunter also took the last rank. Back then it was 9th place with 7.12%.
