Many players have been waiting for this and now it has arrived: Kazuha Kaedehara is back in Genshin Impact. He is considered the best character in the game – so it really pays off to spend your Primogems wisely. MeinMMO reports on the hero and what makes him so special.
Why is he the best? The 5-star character Kazuha Kaedehara not only brings extremely useful skills, but also fits comfortably into any of your teams. Before he appeared in Genshin Impact, Venti was long considered the most useful figure, but he has been surpassed by Kazuha.
Especially in the endgame dungeon, the Spiral Abyss, the Anemo user excels. Based on evaluations from nearly 6,000 players in the hardest levels of the dungeon, Kazuha is currently the most used character with a usage rate of 95.7% (via spiralabyss.org).
Additionally, he can function both as support in your team and as a damage dealer. The latter only comes into play if you gather constellations for him. So, if you already own Kazuha, it might still be worth pulling on his banner.

What can Kazuha Kaedehara do that sets him apart from the others?
He can take on all three roles (main DPS, sub DPS, and support) in a team and fits as a mobile Anemo unit into any group composition.
Especially if you haven’t unlocked constellations for Kazuha, he is best suited as support and/or sub DPS. With his special ability, he creates a field that continuously inflicts damage on enemies and creates swirls.
If you additionally equip him with the artifact set “Green Shadow” and unlock his passive talent “Poetics of Fuubutsu,” he becomes an even better support. Kazuha weakens the enemies’ resistance to the element he previously swirled by 40% with the artifact set. This allows the other characters in your team to deal even more damage when they use that specific element.
Furthermore, his talent allows him to increase the elemental damage of his teammates who are within the field of his special ability. The increase in elemental damage is based on his elemental mastery points. The more elemental mastery Kazuha has, the more he strengthens his team.
Additionally, his elemental skill groups enemy mobs together, deals damage to them, and makes it easier for him and his teammates to hit all enemies at once. This is incredibly useful in the Spiral Abyss, where opponents tend to be scattered and every second counts.
How can he become even more useful? If you are among the lucky ones who can pull Kazuha’s constellations, he will become even stronger. The 1st and 2nd constellations significantly enhance his damage and support capabilities, enabling him to become the main DPS of the team.
When can you get him? Kazuha will be available from today, July 13th, until August 2nd at 6:59 PM. You have 3 weeks to get him from the banner.
