Place 9: Wargs
If you’re afraid of dogs or wolves, you should keep a large distance from Wargs. They are essentially much larger and far more brutal versions of wolves. The beasts, which can grow up to 3 meters long, prefer to live in packs, so they are rarely encountered alone. This makes them even more dangerous.
Since Wargs also get along very well with orcs, Saruman bred a specific species of them to serve as mounts for his orc army. But one should not make the mistake of dismissing Wargs as mere horse replacements. Anyone who comes too close will be knocked down and meet the sharp teeth of the creatures.
