Amanda Waller needs to capture the Riddler, but he ends up in Arkham Asylum because of Batman. To abduct and eliminate him, she employs Task Force X, the Suicide Squad.
At the top of the group are Harley Quinn and Deadshot, and together with Captain Boomerang, King Shark, and Killer Frost, they break into the Asylum, encounter familiar villains, and try to reach the Riddler before Batman finds out and intervenes.
