Although the last season of Stranger Things has already aired, fans of the series won’t have to wait long for more. In the first trailer for Stranger Things: Tales From ’85, Netflix confirms the release date and shows the fight against some monsters.
What kind of series is this? Stranger Things: Tales From ’85 is a new animated series in the universe of Stranger Things. It takes place between Season 2 and Season 3 of the Netflix series and shows what happened in the winter of 1985 after the events of Season 2. Everything seems peaceful, but the Upside Down is still threatening Hawkins.
When does the series premiere? As the new trailer confirms, the series is set to start on April 23 on Netflix.

Good Mood and Potential
What can be seen in the trailer? In the first trailer, you can see how the kids enjoy the winter and the returned peace. Dungeons and Dragons is being played, and even the first relationships are formed. But the peace is only a small part because monsters or creatures from the Upside Down seem to have returned.
Accordingly, you can already see some action sequences. Dustin and Steve flee in the car, other characters see an evil pumpkin creature, and apparently, horror elements are also included again.
What does MeinMMO film editor Niko say about the trailer? After the last season, I was a bit disappointed. Somehow the entire balance didn’t feel right. But after the first trailer for Stranger Things: Tales From ’85, I am positively surprised.
The look is unusual, yet I quite like it. The animations look solid, and overall it feels like series from earlier
that are based on films. Do you still remember the Men-in-Black series? I do, and I’ll probably never forget the intro.
The new series about Stranger Things seems to be significantly more focused, and I look forward to spending time with the gang again. If they don’t try to tell something too big again, I’m sure Stranger Things: Tales From ’85 will work quite well.
