Starfield offers a vast game world with many side quests that you can complete alongside. Some of them are more exciting than others. For this reason, we show you 3 secret side quests that you definitely should complete at least once.
What are these side quests? These are the following three examples:
- The Mantis Quest
- Operation: Starseed
- The Colander
We will explain roughly what to expect and where to find them. We will try to keep it as spoiler-free as possible, so as not to spoil your fun. Let’s get to the first quest.
The Mantis Quest
What kind of quest is this? In the Mantis quest, you need to track down a secret station. You collect the note “Secret Outpost” from one of the defeated enemies in the station “Nova Galatic Shipyard” on Venus. Now you will search for the Mantis base on a remote moon.
Those who take on the mission can expect not only tough fights with nasty pirates but also strong loot in the form of a cool suit and a solid ship. You can find more details in our video:
Operation: Starseed
What kind of quest is this? In Operation: Starseed, you must travel to the Charybdis system. Once in the system, you will visit the location “Crucible” on the planet Charybdis III. Now start the quest by speaking with the locals at the location. We don’t want to reveal too much, but one thing we can tell you: The quest requires you to make tough decisions and also offers you amazing NPCs that you haven’t seen before. Additionally, you will be generously rewarded at the end of your quest.
What should I consider? The system where you can find this quest is equipped with enemies of level 65. So bring strong gear and level up your explorer to a high level.
The Colander
What kind of quest is this? This is not a direct quest but rather a mystery. The Colander is a massive ship located in the Schrodinger system. Look for the ship symbol on your star map and fly there. Once you arrive at the ship, you can dock and explore it, but something is not right.
The entire ship is abandoned, and now you can find out what happened to the crew and why the large ghost ship is now wandering. You can expect not only an exciting story to discover for yourself but also secrets that you must uncover.
